If unable to attend Lapstock without the active support of another person due to a disability, application can be made for an extra ticket, free of charge. Before issuing Personal Assistance Tickets Lapstock needs proof of eligibility. Simply this can be provided with a copy of:
- Front page of DLA / PIP
- Front page of Attendance Allowance letter
- Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- CredAbility Access Card
Lapstock will review email requests for Personal Assistance Tickets on a case-by-case basis if this recommended evidence cannot be provided. Requests should be made prior to ordering on-line tickets by email to sales@lapstock.org.uk together with one listed ‘proof of eligibility’ or an outline by email. All will be managed within the strictest confidentiality.
